There are a lot of comparisons to this staff and Bill Callahan’s…how does Mike Riley make sure it ends better than that staff?

Callahan went 5-6 in his first year; Riley went 6-7. Callahan recruited at a very high level; Riley’s staff is getting praised for recruiting. Callahan ran an offense with more passing than seen before; Riley’s offense feels like it will be pass-oriented

What can Riley learn from that era and ensure that his tenure doesn’t end the same? Callahan’s 2nd and 3rd years were solid with 9 wins; Year 1 and 4 doomed him. Riley could definitely get to 9 wins in year 3…is the future brighter after that in Year 4?
