A 17-year-old girl is arrested for having some of Scott Frost’s stolen merchandise…is she young enough to be forgiven or not?

-Per the Lincoln Journal Star, Lincoln Police were tipped via Facebook and Crimestoppers of a potential suspect, and she was found to have one single Oregon Duck shoe at her house. So, not everything, but it’s something. How do we feel about this?

Parker Gabriel (Lincoln Journal Star) / Shut Up Sipple

-Is the Maurice Washington hype over the past week real or too good to be true? We talked redshirt last week, and now people think he might push for significant playing time…which is it?

-30 minutes isn’t much time to watch, but did you gain anything from Wednesday morning’s open session?

-Will we start to hear of any separation with the QBs next week at all or how soon?

Could a Wisconsin breakthrough into the College Football Playoff this year make fans believe even more that Nebraska truly can still get to the highest level in today’s day and age?

-We always hear that the SEC/ACC are set to rule forever, because of all the talent that stays down there; but we know the B1G has arguably the best collection of coaches in the nation.

-However, the talk is ALWAYS about the B1G East, and the ‘beasts’ of Ohio State, Michigan, Penn State, and Michigan State. The West is viewed as much less, including Wisconsin typically. But, if the Badgers break through, doesn’t that change your mindset almost immediately of Nebraska’s ability to get to the playoff?

Bill Snyder signs a contract extension that gets him to age 83 as K-State’s head coach…will he ever quit?

-He really is the ageless wonder, isn’t he? Snyder signed a contract extension on Thursday through 2022…the question here is are K-State fans happy about that or ready to move on? Hmmmm…..

-Also, SONG OF THE DAY:

Nebrasketball adds immediately eligible JUCO big man…is he just a guy or will we contribute?

Tim Miles got a commitment from JUCO forward Dedoch Chan, a 6’8”, 210 lb player from Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College, and he can play right away. The question is….is he any good?

-Chan averaged 16.8ppg and 8.3rpg last season, and was a first-team player in the All-NJCAA ranks. He has 3 years of eligibility remaining; wasn’t highly recruited at all, though. What do we have here?

Sip keeps saying he is trending toward an 8-4 record for Nebraska in 2018…where are the wins on the schedule? A closer look at what lies ahead for the Huskers

-Most fans are saying 6-6 or 7-5 to be safe, but SIP IS NOT ABOUT THAT LIFE! While Jake remains a bit cautious, what are the wins that Sip sees to get to 8 wins, doubling last year’s win total? Let’s dive into the schedule

-Are there games that Jake and Sip agree on? Or is Jake saying 7-5 without doing a deeper dive, and maybe he actually does see 8 wins on the schedule?
