September 21st: Mike Schaefer (247 Sports/Huskers Illustrated): Part 3

-Can you see ANY scenario where: 1) Riley takes over playcalling for Langsdorf, and 2) POB replaces Lee?

September 21st: Mike Schaefer (247 Sports/Huskers Illustrated)/ Shut up Sipple

-Recruiting update: Sorensen feels good about Bookie now! He was on Big Red Wrap-Up and seemed pretty committed to Nebraska still and said that losses are actually ‘lessons’

-Anyone else in the fold? Who visited last week, and how did it go…and who is coming this weekend?

-Sipple vs Schaefer

September 21st: Mike Schaefer (247 Sports/Huskers Illustrated): Part 1

-How much do you believe in the ‘new season’ narrative of B1G play after a disappointing 1-2 non-conference schedule?

-Why is the offensive line so inconsistent with what should be such a talented unit? What’s not getting through to those guys, and can things turn around this year, or are they a lost cause?

September 21st: Oklahoma president David Boren announces he will retire at end of school year…will next president push for Sooners to B1G?

-Boren was a proponent of Big 12 expansion in 2016, but that never really happened, but he did help in getting a conference championship game added finally this year….will next prez look at the B1G/SEC?

-Also, SONG OF THE DAY:

September 21st: Would Scott Frost take the job if Nebraska came calling this season?

-An Orlando Sentinel writer wrote about it and said that he would probably take it, but probably shouldn’t take it because of what he views as unrealistically high expectations to be like Tom Osborne….and Sorensen believes that is a valid point as to why Frost wouldn’t take the job

-Would he be ready if he was called upon? He’s only in his 2nd year at UCF…do you think he would personally be ready for the job next year?
